Do workers need an app?

No. They scan a QR code at the gate and it opens in their phone browser — nothing to download.

Does this replace a Site Issuer's review?

No. It routes every application to the Site Issuer you've assigned; issuing a permit is always their call. The software removes the paper and the chasing — not the review.

What happens if someone doesn't check out?

Permits expire at end of shift, and overdue checkouts trigger automated reminders and then escalation to the site's assigned people — so nobody's left unaccounted for.

What does setup involve?

We set your first site up with you — sites, check-in codes, issuer assignments and the QR code at the gate. That's what the walkthrough covers.
